This is a Limited Listing Service.  Here is what you will get for a flat rate of $595:

• A Market Analysis to help establish the Selling Price of your property
• 6 Photographs of Your House to be used on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
• Consultation & instructions on completing the required forms (i.e. Seller's disclosure, Radon, etc) 
• Property Description Flyer for Handouts
• Use of a Professional Yard Sign
• Use of an Open House Rider for the yard sign
• Use of a lock-box
• Sales Contract Package
• Feature your House on Realtor.com and DelawareOnline
• Display your House on Yahoo Real Estate, Trulia, and Oodle
• See Your House listed on Philly.com, Phillyburbs, and CourierPostOnline
• Home Listed on CraigsList
• FREE Seller 1st Aid Kit complete with forms, marketing ideas and other useful tools to sell your home.
• We show all buyer calls.
• You control scheduling of realtor showings.
• You negotiate the contract with the realtor.

With this program, you are pay a flat fee of $595  to Creative Choice Realty and agree to pay a commission to the Agent who brings you the buyer.

We offer a Menu of Services for you to add on services at your discretion.  This program can save you thousands of dollars in commissions.

And, if you elect to enhance your marketing plan to one of our other Marketing Plans, we will credit you your $595 at closing.
